Welcome to my virtual home. Before we get any further let me introduce myself, I am Stefanie. I am a mother, a wife, and a dog owner (and yes… I count her as part of the family)! I am blessed to be married to Victorino and am mother to Avery Victoria.

What an adventure it has been. My husband and I married June 2, 2007 after dating 4 years almost to the date! How times have changed and the adventures we have had! We have supported one anther through college, career changes, and a long distance move across state. We have a God centered marriage which has kept us strong through it all. I could not have asked for a better life partner as he encourages me the be the best version of myself and loves me even when I am not.

On September 1, 2012 God threw us a curve ball as we welcomed our sweet and beautiful baby girl into the world. I only say a curve ball because after 3 years of trying we had given up hope for a baby of our own. What an incredible thing God has given us in this little life and I do not want to miss a moment of it. Everyday is an adventure and a new blessing. I am excited to share our precious moments with you and hope that you find them inspiring to live life to the fullest and chose joy in every moment.

  1. So cool to come across your blog! I was excited to find that not only have we got almost identical blog names, but also, when reading your ‘about’ page I almost felt I was reading about myself (although you clearly enjoy a lot more sunshine in LA than I do on the UK!) We were also blessed with a beautiful daughter after struggling to conceive and thank God for her every day.

Funnily enough, I had just finished a blog post dedicated to our dog when I came across your blog and noticed your blog post all about your dog! ha ha!

Looking forward to reading more of your posts. 🙂

    • How funny that our names are so similar! Love that you stumbled across my blog… Just went and stalked yours too! Love your posts. I am new to blogging so I am still trying to get the hang of it. And yes, we do get TONS of sunshine here. Sometimes too much, as I look forward to rainy days (which is usually 10 days a year!) they give me an excuse to curl up with a book and tea!

Hopefully I am not too boring of a read! Looking forward to your posts as well. Love getting to see what people in different parts of the world are up to!
      xo, Stef

      • Gosh! Only 10 days of rain a year?!? I think we only get 10 days of sunshine a year!! ha ha! 🙂
